If you are a parent, guardian, or staff member at Chief Charlo, you are already a member! We charge no dues, and there are no requirements for our members other than wanting to improve the environment at our school and participate in our community. Check out our Get Involved page to learn more about how you can join in the fun.
We value all of our volunteers, and honor the time that you spend supporting our school. No matter when you are available or what talents you bring, your help makes a big difference. Our Get Involved page shares the wide variety of ways you can contribute. Many volunteering opportunities with the PTO have no special requirements.
However, safety is always our top priority. In some situations, namely when a member will be volunteering on school premises, our school district requires a volunteer application and background check. We recommend that all volunteers complete this process in advance, as it can take a few weeks, and is good for two years once you've done it!
