Membership

If you are a parent, guardian, or staff member at Chief Charlo, you are already a member! We charge no dues, and there are no requirements for our members other than wanting to improve the environment at our school and participate in our community. Check out our Get Involved page to learn more about how you can join in the fun.

Volunteer Requirements

We all of our volunteers, and honor the time that you spend supporting our school. No matter when you are available or what talents you bring, your help makes a big difference. Our Get Involved page shares the wide variety of ways you can contribute. Many volunteering opportunities with the PTO have no special requirements. 

However, safety is always our top priority. In some situations - such as when a volunteer could be unsupervised with a student - our district requires a volunteer application and background check. We'll clearly communicate in advance if a volunteer opportunity requires this. To learn more or to apply in advance, visit the district Volunteer Resources page.
